Dr. Michal Kidacki Receives 2024 Career Development Award for HS Research

The Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation is excited to continue its collaboration with the Dermatology Foundation by co-funding the 2024 Dermatology Foundation Career Development Award in HS research. This year’s $55,000 award has been granted to Dr. Michal Kidacki, MD, PhD, of Yale University, whose project investigates TIGIT signaling as a potential immunological pathway involved in HS. This research reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to investing in early-career physician-scientists working to uncover the biological underpinnings of HS and develop future therapeutic targets.
